Requirements

To succeed as a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective client and customer rapport.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
