- Provide medical evaluations and treatment for workers' compensation cases
- Conduct physical examinations and write reports as needed
- Develop and implement return-to-work plans for injured employees

Requirements:
- Active state license
- Board certification not required
- Weekday availability, 8-hour shifts
- DOT certification required
- 20-40 patients per day
