We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director to lead our Princeton Pediatric Hospitalist Program at West Virginia University Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care to patients, ensuring efficient consultation services, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Princeton Pediatric Hospitalist Program, ensuring the highest quality treatment and care for patients.
- Ensure efficient consultation services for patients, streamlined clinical processes, and appropriate clinical treatment protocols.
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and safety, and oversee quality metrics as established by WVUHS.
- Work closely with physicians, administration, nursing, and technical staff to maintain excellent levels of general clinical care and operations.
- Organize the development of new clinical programs and innovations to provide the latest clinical technologies and services.
- M.D. or D.O. degree or foreign equivalent.
- Completed residency in Pediatrics or Family Medicine and West Virginia Medical License eligible.
- Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Pediatrics.
