We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for physician encounters, facilitating lab tests as needed, and assisting with patient documentation and clinical duties as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.

Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • CMA Certification, or other equivalent education, certification, licensure, or related degree preferred.
  • Medical training and/or experience in casting or splinting preferred.
  • Knowledge of lab/diagnostic tests and handling paperwork.
  • Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications.
  • Knowledge of practice management and word processing software.
  • Working knowledge of managed care basics.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000.
