This position is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office at least 3-4 days a week. We're seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to optimize, automate, and enhance our infrastructure. This role is integral in ensuring our systems are highly available, scalable, and secure.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Enhance application and infrastructure observability through effective monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational reliability.
  • Lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime and maintain SLAs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of DevOps experience in a production environment.
  • Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
  • Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins/GitLab CI.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation.
  • Expertise with Git workflows and repository management.
  • Experience with monitoring/alerting systems (e.g., ELK stack, New Relic, or similar).
  • Understanding of secure infrastructure practices (e.g., IAM, VPC configurations, WAF).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year. We offer competitive benefits, including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a pet-friendly office environment.
