POSITION SUMMARY

Our Utility Cleaners are essential in facilitating various critical hotel operations. These team members may collaborate across departments (e.g., kitchen, food service, laundry) to address cleaning requirements. Whether it involves preparing fresh, clean linens and immaculate dining ware for guests, operating and maintaining cleaning machinery and tools (e.g., dishwashing units, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware or linens throughout the hotel, these associates ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Regardless of your role, certain factors are vital for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional. Uphold quality expectations and standards, cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with fellow employees and departments, assist the team in achieving shared objectives, and attentively listen and respond to the concerns of others. Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
