Healthcare Support is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Specialist to join our team. As a Dialysis Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in dialysis nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
