Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver business value to clients through advanced analytics solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale analytics programs that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to create compelling proposals and presentations that win new business and drive growth with existing clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop analytics roadmaps that identify key use cases for execution.
- Manage and grow large client accounts, with a focus on delivering continuous business value and expanding our footprint in key industries.
- 14-18 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large programs.
- Experience in managing large accounts and driving account growth, with a strong understanding of P&L ownership and financial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders from clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of key industries such as Consumer Product Goods, Retail, FMCG, Petcare, and QSR, with a strong understanding of business challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams, leading communication and leveraging remote teams to execute client projects.
- Open to travel up to 50% across the United States.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
