Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect marine vessels both in-water and on dry land to identify issues and damages, collaborating with service coordinators to provide accurate repair estimates.
- Conduct maintenance in various environments, including mobile servicing at client sites.
- Work efficiently while prioritizing safety at all times.
- Prepare vessels for seasonal changes, ensuring thorough evaluations and checks are performed.
- Handle maintenance, repairs, and replacements of essential marine components, including engines, drives, and electrical systems.
- Safely operate various marine equipment such as hoists and forklifts.
- Prepare vessels for exhibitions, ensuring proper loading and inspection of trailers.
- Stay informed about our inventory of new and pre-owned watercraft to effectively service and prepare them for delivery.
- Complete warranty work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and participate in training programs to enhance skills.
- Keep the workshop organized and report any facility repair needs to the Service Manager.
- Perform final inspections to guarantee vessels are in excellent condition before client handover or delivery.

Skills & Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
Experience: 2-4 years of marine service experience preferred; familiarity with current brands is advantageous.
Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency required; training on specific systems will be provided.
Certifications: Must possess or be able to obtain a Class E driver's and boating license. Marine Technician Certification from a recognized institution is a plus.
Work Environment
Typical workshop setting with moderate noise levels and exposure to varying temperatures. Outdoor and marine environments may present uneven and slippery surfaces. Noise levels may increase significantly when interacting with watercraft.
