About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana. As a CRNA, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and provide a best-in-class patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care to patients in the operating room, labor and delivery, emergency department, and intensive care unit
  • Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients during and after procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited CRNA program
  • Montana State CRNA License, board certification, and DEA registration
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
