We are currently in search of individuals with a technical mindset and experience in low voltage electronics, particularly in electronic security solutions. Our teams are tasked with servicing Securitas Electronic Security products at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all post-installation inquiries regarding security systems and equipment.
  • Address trouble tickets to maintain application uptime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate individually and within a team to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to enhance application availability and identify system faults.
  • Implement routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
  • Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
  • Create high-quality technical documentation that explains both the conceptual and quantitative aspects of system deployment, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of all upgrades and significant modifications prior to deployment.
  • Execute on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the installation and troubleshooting of low voltage equipment.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Have a foundational understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
  • Hold certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems, which are advantageous.
