Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Waste Management: Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, store them in a secure area, and label and remove infectious waste bags and containers.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including conducting job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Six months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Licenses/Certification: None required.
