Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning all equipment, from grills and ovens to ranges and griddles
  • Operating the automatic dishwasher and hand washing items as needed
  • Ensuring all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area
  • Restocking all bottled beverages in the bar cooler
