Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Train, supervise, and manage a team of kitchen staff, including scheduling and duty rosters, to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Menu Management and Implementation: Interpret Function Sheets, utilize batch cooking techniques, and implement the "Good to Go" menu to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations, including sanitation guidelines, health codes, and OSHA standards.
  • Kitchen Operations and Maintenance: Ensure that the kitchen is well-organized, clean, and equipped with functioning equipment, and that all necessary records are maintained.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with the Executive Chef and other stakeholders, reporting any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma; Culinary Arts Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of cooking experience; supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certified and First Aid training.

Work Schedule:

  • Weekdays: Anytime between 10 am - 9 pm.
  • Saturday: 12 pm - 7 pm.
  • Sunday: Closed.
