Position Overview:

As a Radiologic Technician, you will conduct radiographic examinations at a proficient level, requiring minimal oversight on technical aspects. You will take ownership of the procedures you perform and undertake related responsibilities as necessary.

Key Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Licensure: ARRT certification or eligibility (must achieve certification within six months of employment).
  • Skills and Abilities: Proficient technical skills in radiologic procedures, a solid understanding of basic anatomy, and the ability to adapt to various working conditions.

    This role requires the capability to: operate x-ray machinery, transport patients, select and adjust exposure settings, assess radiographs, and respond to emergency situations while maintaining effective communication. Familiarity with radiographic equipment, processors, and computer systems is essential.
