Job Summary:
As a Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge and warmly greet each guest entering the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for a positive shopping experience.
- Complete select register open and close functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services based on guest interests or items already selected for purchase, driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
