Chief Financial Officer

Central Ozarks Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of all financial processes related to accounting, financial planning, and reporting.

• Develop and manage financial budgets, business, and operational plans
• Ensure effective development and management of accounting, revenue cycle, billing, reporting, decision support, and information technology systems
• Provide expert financial stewardship and support to the organization
• Identify, address, and remediate financial risks and issues
• Support new business development through expert analysis, planning, and decision support

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in general accounting, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of cost reporting, grant oversight, and insurance
• Experience in partnering with an executive team and strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines
