Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse at Longview Rehabilitation Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized care and support throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Document medical necessity in the medical record and complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Perform timely and accurate QI assessments and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
