Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Specialist to join our team at Bern's Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation and production of our bakery section, ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of high-quality baked goods, including artisan breads, rolls, muffins, and pastries.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Bakery Chef/Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and meet customer demands.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings and stay competitive in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume bakery or culinary setting.
  • Knowledge of starters, cultures, and fermentation processes.
