Job Responsibilities:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the required educational qualifications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant or Surgical Instrument Technician program is preferred.
- CNA - Certified Nurse Assistant
- BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience or experience in an Operating Room setting.
- Prior experience in direct patient care is advantageous.
- Ability to assist with lifting, supporting, and positioning patients weighing over 200 pounds.
- Capability to discern fine variations in sound.
- Understanding of OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk).
- Ability to manage pressure from multiple inquiries and calls.
- Adaptability to varying and unpredictable situations.
