Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K Stores, Inc. As a key member of our retail store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of car wash technicians, and ensuring the efficient operation of our car wash facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure excellent customer service and efficient car wash operations
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain car wash equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a variety of weather conditions
