Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience specializing in PEGA technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts. Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance on PEGA Frameworks to enhance application development.
  • Develop and manage PEGA reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless integration of PEGA applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Design user-friendly PEGA interfaces to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Implement PEGA Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
  • Manage PEGA Case Management processes to streamline business workflows.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to enhance decision-making capabilities within applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks and Pega Reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Have experience in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Show proficiency in Pega User Experience to design intuitive interfaces.
  • Be skilled in Pega Mobility to support mobile application development.
  • Have knowledge of Pega Case Management to optimize business processes.
  • Understand PEGA Decision Hub to enhance decision-making within applications.
  • Experience in Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest PEGA technologies and best practices.

Certifications Required

  • Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA).
