Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient health needs.
- Diagnose and manage chronic and urgent health conditions, as well as minor injuries.
- Order and interpret necessary laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
- Refer patients to other healthcare specialists when required.
- Maintain up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications:
- Valid state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA license.
