Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient health needs.
  • Diagnose and manage chronic and urgent health conditions, as well as minor injuries.
  • Order and interpret necessary laboratory and diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
  • Refer patients to other healthcare specialists when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state Nurse Practitioner license.

  • Valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
  • Ability to engage in moderate physical activities, including lifting objects up to 25 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
