Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Vista Terrace of Belmont. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residents' apartments and common areas.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan with company match, paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition
  • Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sweep all areas of the establishment
  • Follow community cleaning schedule and protocol, community guidelines, and established safety precautions
  • Report all repair requests or safety hazards
  • Laundry duties as assigned
  • Ensure that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are always properly stored
Requirements
  • A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus
  • Attention to detail and high integrity
  • Previous experience working in a hotel, Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
