Work Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time, exempt position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with additional hours as required and on-call duties. The estimated salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on selecting, acquiring, and deploying technology solutions, as well as troubleshooting technical issues
  • Support end-user devices, network systems, and ancillary operational technology through established service processes
  • Engage in project planning, monitoring, and execution activities
  • Document system environments, create diagrams, and establish procedures
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software for various devices
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services at regional locations
  • Quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to enhance operational efficiency
  • Adhere to policies for problem identification, documentation, and resolution
  • Assess new technology products and recommend improvements to existing systems
  • Respond to after-hours IT emergencies as scheduled
  • Contribute to business process improvements
  • Manage projects related to technology deployment and maintenance
  • Ensure consistency in best practices across all operational sites
  • Provide training and support as necessary
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience and training.

Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
  • Proficiency in MS Windows installation and configuration
  • Experience with peripheral support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with mobile devices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 pounds) and travel to various locations
  • Experience in project management
  • Involvement in equipment and budget planning processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous IT experience in a construction or manufacturing environment
  • Project management experience
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft)
