Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our expanding legal team at the Law Offices of Michael Clark. Our firm is committed to providing exceptional representation to our clients, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for justice and client advocacy.

$100,000 annually

• Provide legal advice to clients by evaluating options and formulating effective strategies for their cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Represent clients in court by presenting arguments and motions during legal proceedings.
• Oversee the work of administrative personnel, paralegals, and law clerks to ensure efficient case management.
• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation from initial filing to trial or settlement negotiations.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Active membership in the local bar association is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Strong public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
• 2-5 years of experience in representing clients in arbitration and trial settings.
