Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing quality respiratory care to patients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited respiratory care program (Associate's Degree).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have passed their board examinations.
Additional Information

Work Schedule: Options for DAYS or NIGHTS are available, with rotating weekends required.

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts are standard.

Positions Available: There is one lead night position open, requiring hospital experience but no prior leadership experience.

Licensure: Preference for candidates with Florida licensure or those willing to obtain it.

Compensation

Salary Range: Starting at $30.54 per hour for new graduates.

Night Shift Differential: An additional $4 per hour for night shifts.

Weekend Differential: Not applicable.

Sign-On Bonus: A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis.
