Duration: Contract (3+Months)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting OR SEC Reporting Analyst to join our team at Diligente Technologies. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and providing analytical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SEC regulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve financial reporting-related issues and problems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide analytical support to clients, including data analysis and financial modeling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum two years of applicable accounting and/or auditing experience within an accounting firm or a financial institution.
  • Proficient knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and experience in research of such disclosure requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including sumif and index/match functions.
  • Experience with XBRL for SEC Forms filings and Workiva.
  • Workday Financials experience is highly desired.
