Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Janitor Associate to join our team at MSNW Group, LLC. As a Janitor Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality cleaning services to various commercial buildings, adhering to job specifications and time standards.
• Ensure customer quality standards are met for account retention.
• Perform fill-in services as needed.
• Utilize cleaning products and equipment effectively and efficiently, following training programs.
• Maintain inventory and supply needs for assigned accounts, following company procedures for ordering.
• Report day-to-day operational problems to the Operations Supervisor, including maintenance items and safety concerns.
• Follow MSNW's Employee Safety Rules, including proper lifting, use of cleaning products, and personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a janitor.
• Ability to handle some heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Reliable own transportation, with a valid driver's license and availability in the evenings.
