Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department and possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. The nurse will work every other weekend, 2 or 3 holidays, and one 24-hour call shift every 4 weeks. The ED has 71 beds, with 8 critical care rooms, 25 acute rooms, 5 Fast Track rooms, 9 behavioral health bays, 15 peds ED rooms, and 9 ED observation beds.
The nurse will be responsible for assessing and documenting normal and abnormal findings, developing and coordinating patient care plans, and administering medications. The nurse will also be expected to work independently with multiple patients, with differing health issues, and be able to multi-task.
Tact Medical Staffing offers a competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
