Paraprofessional Assistant

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to support teachers in the classroom, providing assistance to students with varying needs.

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials as needed.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require additional help, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a well-organized learning space.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success and achievement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed.
