Michigan Social Work Therapist Position for Licensure

Thriveworks Counseling, a leading national private practice group with locations across the United States, is seeking qualified individuals pursuing Michigan State Licensure as a Limited Master's Social Worker in Novi, MI.
We offer a Fee for Service position, providing earning potential of $45,000 - $60,000 (dependent on session numbers and bonus opportunities). This full-time role requires 30 hours/week, with 25 client visits and 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings. You must reside within 45 minutes of our office location and be available to work in-office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote).
What We Need- A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Approved by the board as a Limited Licensed Masters Social Worker
- Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required.
- Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the DSM under a licensed supervisor.
- FREE group and individual clinical supervision provided
- A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay including paid orientation, no-show protection, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
- Flexibility with scheduling – we're open 7am-10pm (seven days a week)
- Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 30 - 45 days.
