Laboratory Manager Job Overview
KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a full-time Laboratory Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume laboratory in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science and ASCP Certification as a MT or MLS or CLS.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Oversee quality, efficiency, and safety in the laboratory.
- Assist with reviewing and revising procedures and documentation.
- Participate in competency assessment and planning for implementing change.
- Supervise laboratory staff and provide leadership guidance.
