Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing customer processes and conditions while providing education to external customers on how to effectively utilize Avient materials. Your expertise in tooling design and flow modeling will enable you to troubleshoot issues raised by customers and contribute to the resolution of customer complaints. Additionally, you may be accountable for or participate in the development of new application or product launch testing plans, data analysis, and communication of results.

Essential Functions
  • Participate in the development of new applications, product launch testing plans, data analysis, and/or communication of results.
  • Identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.
  • Document and prepare product specifications incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.
  • Contribute to the resolution of customer complaints/issues.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EHS&S) Requirements
