Position Overview

Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour

United Therapy Center is in search of dedicated Behavior Interventionists who are passionate about delivering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, within various environments such as home, educational settings, and community locations.

As a Behavior Technician, you will collaborate with a team focused on assisting children and adolescents in modifying behaviors and acquiring new skills. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with specific objectives tailored for each student/client.

Compensation: Hourly pay is determined by experience, educational background, and language proficiency.

Areas of Hiring: We are looking to fill positions in and around several communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA services to clients
  • Execute Behavior Intervention Plans as outlined by Case Supervisors
  • Gather data and document session notes accurately
Qualifications
  • Must possess a negative TB test and have a clear criminal history

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree is preferred)

  • Availability: Monday – Friday
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience in providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Basic understanding of technology (smartphone, tablet)
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are advantageous
