Salary Information

The estimated hourly base pay range for this position is $17.57, plus $3-$4 per hour in tips. Total compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, or training, and location.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to our guests. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, as well as assisting with luggage and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers, and clients.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
  • Provide information about facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • At least 18 years of age and ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
  • One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This role requires working outdoors for extended periods, exposing you to various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures. You will also be required to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
