Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nursing Faculty Member to join our team at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction in the laboratory or clinical setting to nursing students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs in the MSN-ENP Program, College of Nursing.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to students and course directors.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in nursing education.
Requirements
  • MSN degree required.
  • Active unencumbered Illinois RN license (or obtain within 6 months of hire if licensed out of state).
  • Experience in team-based learning approaches to instruction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DNP, DNSc, or PhD in Nursing preferred.
Working Conditions
  • The selected candidate must have the mental and physical capabilities to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
