Position Overview:

In this role, you will conduct outpatient therapy sessions for adults, children, and families to promote stabilization, maintain precise documentation, and meet departmental objectives within designated timeframes.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Record service outcomes in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Evaluate and assess clients during intake, throughout treatment, and at discharge
  • Deliver services, manage cases, and connect clients to community resources
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Create and document discharge and aftercare plans
  • Support clients with advocacy, care coordination, and referrals
  • Oversee staff and conduct group presentations focused on mental health and addiction
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work or a related behavioral health field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Expertise in counseling individuals with substance use disorders
  • Professional License (LAC, LSW, LCADC)
  • Valid driver's license with insurability
