About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with ABA Centers of America, you will play a vital role in providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to individuals with autism. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in various settings, including homes, communities, and centers
• Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
• Collect and summarize data during sessions
• Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services
• Clean background and driving record
• Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire

ABA Centers of America provides ABA therapy and diagnostic services to individuals with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to make long waitlists for ABA therapy and autism diagnosis a thing of the past. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
