  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Listen to customer complaints and suggestions, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of two years of bar or restaurant experience, including drink preparation.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in safely and effectively operating standard beverage service equipment, adaptability, decision-making, customer service, oral communication, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, self-motivation, and high energy level.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale computers and software.
