Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Area Foreman to join our team at Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our electrical crews, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of electrical crews daily
  • Maintain familiarity with project plans, specifications, and contract scope
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide necessary information
  • Review and prepare weekly job assignments
  • Assist in monitoring and documenting job progress
  • Communicate with crews and superintendents regarding job requirements and expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician and experience running crews of at least 6 people
  • Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Codes and ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficient in use of hand tools, systems, and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Bilingual
  • Journeyman Electrical License
  • Supervisory experience
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with varying days and hours, equating to 40 hours per week. May be required to work overtime, nights, and weekends. Travel is primarily local during business hours, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
