Job Summary
Bayside Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Engineer, ML to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data platforms that support our machine learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines using Python and Java programming languages
- Develop and maintain Spark applications to process large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data platforms with cloud-based services
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company policies
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and machine learning
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on machine learning
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, and Spark
- Experience with cloud-based services, particularly AWS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container deployment
- Experience with data lakes and distributed systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer
