Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
