We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center LLC. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and appealing manner.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the food service team in the delivery of meals to residents, ensuring that all meals are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of kitchen stocks and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director, including but not limited to, assisting with special events and catering.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more, as required by the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and management.
