Job Summary

As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and upholding the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain a clean and orderly environment for our residents.
  • Facilities Inspection: Conduct daily sanitation inspections to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and properly maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a residential or commercial setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
