Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Daltile. As a key member of our Sales Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers
  • Process customer orders, including receiving and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking materials
  • Operate forklift equipment to move materials around the warehouse
  • Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments, including inspecting materials for damage
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate a forklift
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
