Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless support for students
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- PA license required or ability to acquire before starting
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
