Your Role:
As a Blown Film Extrusion Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up extrusion machines according to specific order requirements.
• Safely operating machinery to meet production goals while adhering to waste and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

• Read and interpret orders to select appropriate resins and additives.
• Operate extruders and resin-handling equipment efficiently.
• Maximize output while minimizing scrap material.
• Conduct quality checks using micrometers and dyne test solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and material usage.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Label materials and manage the movement of rolls and carts.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Your Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations.
• The ability to read and comprehend basic written materials.
• Strong arithmetic skills for calculations involving fractions and decimals.
• Previous experience in blown film extrusion and minor mechanical troubleshooting is preferred.
• Good physical dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A team-oriented mindset and adherence to safety standards.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn new procedures.
