Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse/RenalWe are seeking a skilled PRN Registered Nurse to join our Renal team at Miami Valley Hospital. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with renal and renal transplant needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with renal and renal transplant needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in patient and family education, including providing information on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to renal care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Ohio RN license
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree
- Experience in renal care or a related field
