Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of Phillip Jeffries by assisting both Inside and Outside Sales teams in expanding market presence.
  • Provide support to existing clients and conduct research to identify potential new clients.
  • Manage the processing of sales orders, including issuing proforma invoices, accepting purchase orders, and processing payments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all outstanding orders and invoices.
  • Deliver order and tracking information to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to address all client inquiries effectively.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving and surpassing sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Claims department to facilitate claims resolution.

Qualifications:

  • A passionate, driven, and humble individual.
  • Residence within the designated territory.
  • Experience in a trade showroom is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
  • A strong team player with analytical skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
